Business plans
A clear business plan you can use
Built with you by a tax and accounting professional, not filled in from a template. The plan explains the business in plain words, and the numbers are built from your real prices and costs, so they make sense to a lender, a partner and you.
At a glance
- Built with you by
- William Spargur, EA, MBA, an Enrolled Agent in Bonita Springs

Who it's for
- Starting a business. Test the idea on paper before you sign a lease or buy equipment.
- A bank or SBA loan. The plan and the projections lenders ask for, with the loan repayment laid out.
- A grant. A written plan and budget for applications that ask for one.
- A partner or a buyout. One shared picture of the business and its numbers before anyone signs.
- Your own roadmap. Goals, costs and a break-even point to check the business against each month.
What's in the plan
Every plan covers the same ground, sized to your business. Each one is delivered as a polished PDF plus the editable spreadsheet, so you can update the numbers yourself.

How it works
The questionnaire
Tell us about the business and what the plan is for. Rough numbers are fine.
A short follow-up
We send our questions by email. A call works too, if you prefer.
First draft
You get the draft plan and the spreadsheet to read through.
One round of changes
Send us everything you'd like changed in one list, and we make the changes.
Final
The finished PDF and the editable spreadsheet are yours.
Timing: typically 2 to 3 weeks after the questionnaire is complete. Have a lender's or grant deadline? Put it in the questionnaire, and our first reply will say whether we can meet it.
Good to know
- Raising money from investors needs an attorney. Selling a share of the business to investors involves securities law, and the offering documents must come from an attorney. We prepare the business plan and the financials only.
- Projections are estimates, not guarantees. They are built from your answers and stated assumptions, and actual results will differ.
- The lender decides. A clear plan helps an application, but no plan can promise a loan or a grant.
- Your numbers stay private. We use them for your plan and nothing else. A plan never needs Social Security or account numbers.
Questionnaire
Business plan questionnaire
Answer what you know now. Only the starred items are required, and rough numbers are fine; we ask about the rest by email.
